Privacy, Policy & Cookies

Privacy Policy

It’s called “Privacy Policy” and it was made by Optimize SEO, LLC (“Optimize SEO” or “https://optimize-seo.com/” or “we” or “us”). We made it to show that we care about the safety of our users, visitors, and customers on the Optimize SEO website (the “Site”). We care a lot about your privacy on our site. We take important information from our users, viewers, and clients (collectively “Clients” or “you” or “your”). That’s why we made this Privacy Policy: to explain how we collect and share information. You understand and agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use (“ToU”) of our site when you visit it.

What information we gather and how we use it

People who sign up to use our Site’s services (the “Service”) must give us personally identifiable information. This can include, but isn’t limited to, their first and last name, company name, address, phone number, email address, credit card number, cookies, IP logs, and other data (collectively “Personal Information”).

We may also collect other information about how you use the Site besides the Personal Information. This could include general data or aggregate information. We may collect this information even if you don’t sign up for any of the Services on our Site. We may also gather or ask for extra Personal Information from time to time, and that information will be clearly labeled as Personal Information here. You can choose not to give this extra information by not typing it when asked or by not using the Site.

We use the Personal Information you give us and the other information we collect to run and improve the Site however we see fit. We may also use the information to get in touch with you to talk more about your interest in our business and the services we offer and to send you information about our business or those of our partners, like events and deals. If you give your email address, you might be asked to receive a magazine or other messages.

We may also email (or send information about changes to the Site or Optimize-SEO in other ways) and send a customer newsletter or other mail. You may stop receiving emails or mail from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any advertising emails we send you or by sending us an email at optimiseseo699@gmail.com. If you choose not to be a part of something, Optimize-SEO has to handle it first. You are responsible for making sure that you have been opted-out. Optimize-SEO is not responsible if the opt-out processes go wrong.

We don’t give the information you give us to anyone else unless we say so clearly when we ask for it or as allowed by this document or the Optimize-SEO Terms of Service Agreement. We only use the financial and payment information we get from the Site to make sure that potential clients are qualified and to bill for the Service. Any other way than what is stated here, Optimize-SEO does not use this billing information for marketing or advertising reasons. We may use a third party to handle credit card handling, and we may give them any information that is necessary.

We may also share or reveal your information, including Personal Information, when the following things happen:

  • We may share any Personal Information or other information if we think it’s necessary to (a) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Optimize-SEO, the Site, or its Clients, or (b) in an emergency to protect the health and safety of the Site’s users. This includes complying with legal process served on Optimize-SEO.
  • The personal information you give us and other information we collect may be shared with our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, joint venturers, partners, sponsors, and/or vendors (together, “Affiliated Third Parties”) so they can help you with customer service, carry out your requests, answer your questions, and let you know about promotions, purchases, or account information.
  • The personal information you give us and other information we collect will be shared in the event of a merger or acquisition, the start of a new business to run the Site or provide our services, the sale or pledge of company assets, or if the company goes bankrupt, bankruptcy, or receivership. In these cases, customer information would be transferred as one of the business assets.

We don’t pay attention to browser “do not track” signs or methods.

  • Access to data will only be given to people who have decided to work on the tasks that have been set out.
  • No personal accounts will be able to see private PII information.
  • No personal computers or other devices will be used to get to private PII info.
  • If private PII data is sent through an unprotected channel, it should be moved to one of the listed cloud tools and any locally saved files should be deleted.
  • Delete all private PII data that has been kept once it is no longer needed.
  • PII that needs to be kept on a local storage device must be secured on the hard drive
